Typically a reset of your router restores the connectivity. Please power cycle your router and power cycle the small blue and white gateway that is near your router. That should have a label “Smart Panel Gateway”. Within 2 minutes of power cycling both devices, the two square LEDs near the black power cord on the gateway should be illuminated.
Please also check the DMS panel and ensure that the unit is on and all 3 LEDS are lit.
